TRACER announce new album and April 2013 UK tour

Following their rapturously received headline tour in October 2012, and recent Best New Band nomination at the 2012 Classic Rock Roll of Honour Awards, Australian rock band TRACER return to the UK for 4 concerts in April 2013. The tour will coincide with the follow-up to their debut album Spaces In Between. Read the official announcement HERE.

The new, as-yet-untitled album will be produced by Kevin Shirley (Led Zeppelin, Iron Maiden, Slayer, Silverchair, Cold Chisel), and is planned for late March/early April release.

HINDER NEW ALBUM, ‘WELCOME TO THE FREAKSHOW’ SET FOR DECEMBER 2012 RELEASE.

Oklahoma rockers Hinder will release their fourth full-length studio album ‘Welcome To The Freakshow’ this December via Universal Records.

The first single to be taken from this latest offering with be the anthemic, ‘Save Me’ out on the 2nd October via Universal Records.

‘Welcome To The Freakshow’ was co-produced by drummer Cody Hanson and Marshall Dutton in a hometown studio. Instead of simply sticking to a tried-and-true formula, the group decided to smash boundaries, experimenting with rock, pop, and even a little country. Tommy Emmanuel and Martin Taylor are pleased to announce “The Colonel & The Governor UK Tour 2013”. David Bowie’s famous K. West sign on display in major exhibition

A major exhibition of vintage posters and memorabilia from David Bowie’s golden years (1969-1981), including on display for the first time in 30 years the original Heddon Street K. West sign that originally appeared on front cover of Bowie’s groundbreaking 1972 album The Rise and Fall of Ziggy Stardust and the Spiders From Mars.

The exhibition will take place at The Movie Poster Art Gallery, 1 Colville Place, London, W1T 2BG, from Saturday 17th November until Saturday 1st December. Admission is free.

October 8th is a date KISS fans will have had marked on their calendars for some time as the release of the 20th studio album from the rock legends that are KISS. The release comes just months before the band’s 40th anniversary. Loudness – Eve to dawn

Japanese heavy metal band Loudness have just released their latest album – their first album to be recorded since the death of founding member Mumetetaka Higuchi from liver cancer in 2008 (their 2009 album ”Everlasting” was recorded before his death).
Loudness were formed in Japan in May 1981 and have been a prolific band releasing around 30 albums since then including live albums and English versions of their Japanese language albums. In 1983 they did their first US and European tours and signed a record deal with Atlantic records, in the process becoming the first Japanese band to sign an international record deal. In 1988 their vocalist (Minoru Niihara) left the band- the first of several lineup changes, and it wasnt until May 2000 that the band reformed the original lineup.

OBSESSION rings bells of old. Forming in 1982 they were the foundation for the career of one Mike Vescera (ex.
