Per Hulkoff, Raubtier

Raubtier är mitt inne i en hektisk turnéperiod. Men för bandets frontman Per Hulkoff är det inga problem att hitta motivationen.
– Det är ganska enkelt om man jämför med det andra alternativet.

Att jobba som skogshuggare eller tar värvning igen är inget som lockar norrlänningen. Det verkar han inte behöva heller, sedan Raubtier släppte sin första skiva, Det finns bara krig, 2009 har de hunnit med två skivor till och otaliga spelningar runt om i landet.
– Det är hektiska tider, vi väljer att jobba hårt med det här, säger Per.

Livet på vägarna passar honom, medan det är värre för andra. Bandet har haft en rejäl omsättning när det gäller basister, en ny för varje skiva.
– Det ställer en del krav att nöta på vägen, men får offra det vardagliga och bekvämligheterna...

WASTED SHELLS: DEBT. *FOR THE DARK WINTER AFTERNOONS…

First album of the young swedish band called ’Debt’ is a real new piece for the trash metal fan’s collections. Wasted Shells – which is inspired by big metal kings-, is mixing quite well the feeling of melodic styles of the genre, and the hard dark music, in a beautiful gloomy meaning of combining speeds and style-emotions pretty well. That gives us a kind of quality for feel the music-agressiveness and also nordic melancholy together inside the songs.

I think they are doing something really professionally, if in the end of the album I said: „I love it!”. Mysterious sounds of the album caught me first, despite that kind of hardness is not exactly my main style.
